New swimmers and parents should sign up to the VAC database under the "Members" tab.  From the members page click on the link "Not registered? Click Here" then enter the appropriate information and leave the "yes" checked for VAC alerts then register.  This will give you access to the database and you will receive important announcements via VAC Alerts regarding changes in practice, etc.

Be sure to enter US meets before the deadline passes for entries.  You can do this by clicking on the link on the top of this page called "Entries".  Don't wait, we set our deadlines early so we can get into the meet.
